CHECK AREAS
Awnings, shutters, screens, pergolas, guide rails, joints, motors, controls, fixings and visible wear.
INCLUDED
Travel to scheduled visits, installation and condition checks, documentation, identification of defects and maintenance recommendations.
NOT INCLUDED
Repairs, spare parts, materials, breakdown call-outs, major cleaning, renovation, alterations and additional working time. These are quoted separately and carried out only after a separate order.
Repairs, fabrics, motors and spare parts require a separate order.
Unused maintenance time is not paid out or carried forward indefinitely. For exceptionally large hotel or commercial properties, scope and suitability are assessed before a contract is concluded.
